CBA Staff

Otis Corbitt serves as the Director of Missions for Covington Baptist Association.  Otis and his wife Geri live in Rose Hill and have two adult children. Otis has served as a pastor, a missionary with the International Mission Board, and as the DOM for the Salem-Troy Baptist Association in Pike County. Otis came to the CBA from serving as a Jointly Appointed Missionary with the Alabama Baptist State Board of Missions and the North American Mission Board.
Byram Lambert serves as the Office Manager for Covington Baptist Association in all areas of administration and accounting. He is a native of Andalusia and attended Andalusia High School and also Troy State College. Byram is married to Bobbie Sorrells Lambert. They have one daughter, Lori, who is married to Lamon Godwin.
Byram has served several churches as pianist/organist, with Bobbie serving as Choir Director. Byram also has served as a lay speaker and is currently the Associational Sunday School Director. Byram and Bobbie are members of Southside Baptist Church in Andalusia.
Leroy Cole serves as Church and Community Ministries Director leading the association in a comprehensive and continual process of planning, implementation, education and evaluation of a Christian Social Ministry. He is directly responsible to the Director of Missions.  Leroy has been in ministry since 1973. Locally, he served as pastor of West Highland Baptist Church in Andalusia. He is a member of the Andalusia Ministerial Association, a Chaplain for the Andalusia Police Department, a speaker/representative for ALCAP, and serves on various community boards. He and his wife, Nancy, are both from Selma. They have two married children. Leroy is a graduate of New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.
Marty Holley serves as Church Development Director for the CBA. He and his wife Shari have three daughters. Marty is the newest member of our staff, serving with the CBA since July 2013.
